What can I expect from a BBK program? All Broadway Bound Kids classes are taught by professional teaching artists and foster an environment of trust, community, and fun. Our student-centered programs are designed to meet each student where they are, provide space for the group’s creativity, and hone their performing arts skills. Classes are catered specifically to the age group of enrolled students to create challenging but achievable goals. BBK teaching artists are trained to bring mindfulness and social-emotional learning to their classrooms, all while having a great time!
Can I register for Tuesday and Thursday morning only? No siree: The Tuesday and Thursday extension of our program is only for students participating in our 5-day program. If you are looking for less of a time commitment, try our 3-day option on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays!
Will you be running any in-person summer programs this year? We hope so! We are currently researching adding in-person programs to our summer offerings. We are following CDC, State, and local COVID19 safety guidelines, and hope to announce our first in-person offerings in the coming weeks. Check our website, join our mailing list, or email Lizzie@broadwayboundkids.org to be the first to know about in-person options!
If I sign up for virtual now, can I use that tuition toward in-person programming when it launches? Yes! If your student decides they would like to switch from virtual to in-person programming once it is launched, the total already paid will be applied to the in-person program of your choosing. Please let us know ASAP if you would like to switch, as we can't guarantee there will be space. All changes must be made by May 1st, 2021. What is your cancellation policy? We understand that families are dealing with a lot this year, so we are amending our cancellation policy! If you sign up for a BBK summer program, we are offering a full refund up until May 1st, 2021 (minus a small registration fee). After May 1st, no refunds will be issued, but BBK will offer credit toward other BBK programming on a case by case basis. Credit requests can be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
